Hey Cassie, I’ve been trying to cmmiot myself to work out more regularly and get in shape. I’ve started going to the gym for some cardio and a little bit of weight training as well. And I was wondering if it’s alright to do both pilates and gym workouts on the same day (will it be too much exercising for someone who’s not used to regular exercising?) Also, I was wondering, because I’ve never done pilates before, if I should start with these beginner videos before any other ones?Finally, I wanted to say thank you so much for making such encouraging website and videos.
