  • Preheat oven to 325*F
  • Combine crushed wafer crumbs, 2/3 cups chopped pecans and melted butter.
  • Press mixture lightly in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
  • Bake 15 minutes and let cool on wire rack.
  • Combine cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar; fold in 1 cup whipped topping.
  • Then stir in the can of sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread evenly over cooled crust.
  • Mix pudding mix according to package directions; spread over cream cheese layer, then cover with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with nuts.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
